**New York, NY – September 20, 2024** – Bradley Foster & Sargent Inc. CT has announced a new investment in Schwab International Small-Cap Equity ETF (NYSEARCA:SCHC), acquiring 10,414 shares valued at approximately $371,000 during the second quarter.
