**Hallow, Worcestershire** – A 33-year-old woman has died following a collision between a Fiat 500 and a combine harvester on Moseley Road, near Worcester, on Sunday, September 15th.
The woman, who was driving the Fiat 500, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, she later succumbed to her injuries.
West Mercia Police have confirmed the woman’s passing and are appealing for any witnesses or those with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
“We’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed or has dash-cam footage of either the collision itself or the vehicles in the minutes before it,” said a spokesperson for West Mercia Police.
Tributes have been paid at the scene, with bouquets of flowers left at the roadside in memory of the woman.
The Midlands Air Ambulance, two ambulances, a paramedic officer, and a MERIT trauma team responded to the scene. Emergency crews worked quickly to extricate the woman from the vehicle and provided advanced life support.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
