Wed Sep 18 18:23:00 UTC 2024: ## Vernon RCMP Seek Public’s Help Identifying Person of Interest in Property Damage Case
**Vernon, BC** – The Vernon RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in an ongoing investigation involving property damage.
On September 4th, at approximately 11:00 am, police responded to a report of an unknown man unlawfully entering a residential building located in the 2800-block of 34th Street. Although building staff were able to successfully remove the individual, the suspect allegedly caused damage to property while leaving.
Despite efforts to identify the suspect, RCMP have been unable to do so and are now seeking the public’s help. A photograph of the person of interest has been released, and anyone who recognizes the individual is asked to contact Constable Lausman at 250-545-7171 and quote file #2024-15105.
