**Oslo, Norway – September 18, 2024** – Interoil Exploration and Production ASA today announced the appointment of Mr. Pablo Creta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Creta replaces Mr. Gonzalo Ricci, who has resigned from the position.
Creta brings a wealth of experience in private equity and capital markets in Latin America and Australia to the role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Argentina and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Notably, Creta previously served as both General Manager and CFO of Interoil for several years.
