Wed Sep 18 14:52:46 UTC 2024: ## USA Gymnastics CEO Lists Central Park South Condo for $1.25 Million

**New York, NY** – Li Li Leung, President and CEO of USA Gymnastics, is putting her Central Park South home on the market for $1.25 million. The one-bedroom condo, located at the Southmoor House at 230 Central Park South, offers stunning views and convenient access to the city’s best amenities. Leung purchased the residence in 2015 for $1.23 million after a bidding war.

Leung, a former gymnast, says she purchased the apartment due to its proximity to her previous workplace at the NBA. However, her frequent travels due to her current role at USA Gymnastics have led to her decision to sell.

“I am unable to use the space as much, but know that a future buyer will love the iconic location and beautiful interiors as much as I did,” said Leung.

The 800-square-foot condo boasts high ceilings, an expansive living and dining area, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering ample natural light. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and the apartment also includes a windowed kitchen, updated bathroom, and new lighting.

The Southmoor House, a 17-story Art Deco building dating back to 1937, provides residents with access to amenities including a doorman, gym, laundry room, and bike room.

Leung’s leadership at USA Gymnastics has been marked by her efforts to address the organization’s past scandals, including coordinating a settlement with sexual abuse victims and creating an all-female executive team. She is also known for her work helping the NBA establish a presence in China during her time at Zhou Marketing.

McKenzie Ryan of Douglas Elliman is the listing broker for the property.
