**Mumbai, India:** Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh continue to invest in luxury real estate, with Padukone’s company KA Enterprises recently purchasing a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West area.
The 1,845 square foot property, located on the 15th floor of the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, cost a reported ₹17.8 crore. This purchase comes on the heels of the couple welcoming their first child, a baby girl, earlier this month.
Interestingly, the new apartment is situated next to Anju Bhavnani’s apartment, Ranveer Singh’s mother, who has leased it to her daughter Ritika and son-in-law Jagjeet Singh Bhavnani. In a related transaction, Singh’s company, RS Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt Ltd, leased the apartment next door from his mother on September 5.
This latest acquisition adds to the couple’s impressive real estate portfolio, which includes a sea-facing quadruplex on Bandra Bandstand, near Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence, Mannat. Valued at over ₹100 crore, this property boasts 11,266 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace space. In 2021, the couple also purchased a bungalow in Alibaug for ₹22 crore.
The purchase of the Bandra West apartment further solidifies the couple’s status as one of Bollywood’s most financially successful couples, who continue to invest wisely in both their careers and personal lives.
