**Greater Noida, India:** The future of Greater Noida is taking shape, with the Chief Town and Country Planner of Uttar Pradesh formally approving the master plan for Phase-2. This ambitious project will encompass a sprawling 55,970 hectares and initially focus on developing land from 40 villages, eventually expanding to include 144.

The development promises to solidify Greater Noida’s position as a regional IT and infrastructure hub, building upon existing landmarks like Film City, Jewar Airport, the Monorail, and IT Park. The master plan incorporates a wide range of features aimed at enhancing real estate, transportation, and IT logistics.

“This preliminary approval from the Chief Town Planner is a significant step forward,” remarked Ravi Kumar, CEO of the Greater Noida Authority. “The plan will now be reviewed by the Delhi NCR Planning Board and the UP Cabinet for final approval. Once approved, construction on Greater Noida Phase-2 will begin, ushering in a new era of development for the region.”
