The event aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering attendees a diverse range of resources and activities, including:
* **Equine Therapy Demonstrations**
* **Sound Baths**
* **Self-Defense Workshops**
* **Reiki Sessions**
* **Community Art Activities**
* **Live Music**
* **Mental Health Discussion Panels**

The festival will conclude with a sunset yoga session at the top of the ski hill, followed by a bonfire and s’mores for a relaxing, community-building experience.
“This event is a testament to the resilience and compassion of the Mount Horeb community,” said 27 News anchor Amber, a longtime supporter of the community and several local nonprofits. “It’s a chance to come together, learn, and connect, all while taking care of our mental health and well-being.”
The festival is free and open to the public. No registration is required. It is hosted by CEDAR Center.
