**Sydney, Australia – September 28, 2024** – MSI’s upcoming Z890 MPG Carbon motherboard, designed for Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 200 series Arrow Lake desktop CPUs, has leaked. This motherboard joins a fleet of Z890 models MSI is preparing to release ahead of Intel’s October 10th launch of Arrow Lake CPUs.

The Z890 MPG Carbon shares a sleek design with its AMD counterpart, the X870 MPG Carbon. Both boards boast impressive features including 2.5GbE and 5GbE ethernet connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, and a dedicated 8-pin PCIe power connector for high-end graphics cards.

The Z890 MPG Carbon offers dual Thunderbolt connectors (version unclear), while the X870 model includes an extra USB Type-C port.

MSI is set to unveil its entire lineup of X870E and X870 motherboards, compatible with AMD’s Ryzen 9000 series Granite Ridge CPUs, on September 30th.
