**Hyderabad, India** – The Indian School of Business (ISB) team has emerged victorious in the eighth edition of the Accenture B-School Challenge, claiming the coveted title for 2024. The challenge, themed “Reinvention in the Age of Gen AI,” saw participation from over 11,000 students across 16 top business schools in India.

This year’s competition saw students grappling with real-world business challenges across diverse industries, including consumer goods, banking, energy, and more. Teams were tasked with presenting innovative solutions for reinventing businesses in the era of generative AI.

ISB’s winning team beat out stiff competition from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (first runner-up) and Faculty of Management Studies (second runner-up). A special jury award was presented to the team from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

The challenge involved four rounds of intensive evaluation, starting with a rapid-fire quiz and concluding with a final presentation to a jury of industry leaders and Accenture executives. The top eight teams received mentorship from Accenture leaders before presenting their business strategies.

The winning teams received prizes totaling Rs 10 lakh. All top three teams from each participating business school were also granted pre-placement interview opportunities with Accenture.

The Accenture B-School Challenge aims to identify and nurture future consulting talent, empowering students to drive business growth and innovation. The challenge provides a platform for students to apply their academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and develop valuable skills in strategy, critical thinking, and presentation.
