Tue Sep 17 06:32:00 UTC 2024: ## Tivoli Gardens Exceeds Expectations, Reports Record Summer Revenue

**Copenhagen, Denmark – September 17, 2024** – Tivoli Gardens, the iconic amusement park in Copenhagen, has announced a record-breaking summer season, exceeding its initial financial expectations for 2024.

Despite a challenging summer marked by changeable and rainy weather, Tivoli saw a surge in visitor numbers, driven by a strong program of events and attractions. The park has now raised its revenue projection to approximately DKK 1,250 million, with an expected profit before tax of around DKK 130 million.

“Tivoli has had a good start to 2024,” said CEO Susanne Mørch Koch. “Initiatives from recent years and new actions have borne fruit, and Tivoli has a strong core business that has proven resilient in relation to external circumstances.”

The park’s success can be attributed to a number of factors, including a strong program of events, including the Garden- and Flower Festival, as well as increased interest from both Danish and international tourists.

Tivoli had originally expected to reach revenue and profit before tax levels similar to 2023, but the strong summer performance has resulted in a significant upward revision of these projections. The park’s resilience in the face of challenging economic conditions and weather patterns highlights its enduring appeal and the strength of its business model.
