One of the most notable aspects of Isarog Highlands is its emphasis on local products. Trixie developed “Maricar’s Gourmet Kitchen”, a line of gourmet delicacies featuring pili nuts, a superfood native to the region. The line also includes homemade peanut butter and sardines in olive oil, a tribute to her grandparents.

Driven by her passion for wellness, Trixie has also crafted a unique line of soaps and lotions using pili oil, showcasing the natural beauty and versatility of this local ingredient. The “Rejuvenate,” “Renew,” and “Recharge” soaps, along with the Pili Lotion, are a testament to her commitment to highlighting the region’s resources.

The property also features a beautiful chapel, a symbol of the family’s deep faith. The Odiamar family sponsored the manto (dress) of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, the patron saint of Bicol, for the Centenary of the Canonical Coronation of her image. Designed by legendary designer Avel Bacudio, the manto incorporates the region’s diverse flora and fauna, including the iconic pili tree, sampaguita, ylang ylang, and blue jade vine.

Isarog Highlands offers visitors a taste of authentic Bikolano food, using ingredients grown on the property. From the distinctive natong or laing to the flavorful pasayan and kinunot, guests can experience the region’s culinary traditions.
