**Hartselle, AL** – A Hartselle man has been arrested for allegedly using a GPS tracking device to stalk a victim. Brannon Roy Bray, 50, was charged with first-degree electronic stalking, a Class C felony, on Thursday.

According to Hartselle Police, the victim reported harassing communications, leading officers to investigate. During the investigation, police discovered a GPS tracking device attached to the victim’s vehicle. Evidence gathered by investigators linked the device to Bray and indicated he used it to surveil, stalk, and harass the victim.

Bray was arrested and booked into the Morgan County Jail. He was later released on a $2,500 bond.

The case remains under investigation.
