**College Station** – The College Station Lady Cougars kicked off their District 17-5A campaign with a resounding victory over Brenham, winning 25-18, 17-25, 25-13, 25-21. Cooper Binderup led the Lady Cougars with 15 kills, while Blair Thiebaud added 14 kills and 36 assists. Haley Nash also shined with 16 digs. College Station will next face Montgomery on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

**A&M Consolidated** – The Lady Tigers wrapped up their non-district schedule with a decisive win over Lake Belton in four sets.

**Rudder** – The Lady Rangers started their District 17-5A journey strong, defeating Huntsville 25-23, 18-25, 25-19, 25-19 at The Armory.

**Brazos Christian** – In a monumental upset, the Lady Eagles snapped Round Rock Christian Academy’s impressive 73-game district winning streak with a 25-19, 27-29, 25-23, 25-14 victory.
