**New York, NY** – The National September 11 Memorial & Museum will host a series of events on September 11th, 2023, to commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the terror attacks. The day will include a poignant reading of the names of those killed in the 9/11 attacks and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, held at Ground Zero, starting at 8:30 am.
The ceremony will also feature a public wreath-laying ceremony at 2:00 pm near the Wall of Names. The day begins with a Flag Unfurling ceremony at 7:30 am, setting the tone for a day of remembrance and reflection.
The events are expected to draw large crowds to the Memorial plaza in lower Manhattan, offering a space for the community to come together and honor the victims of the tragic attacks.
