Tue Sep 10 17:09:24 UTC 2024: ## Ecommpay Launches New Brand Identity and Inclusivity Programme: “Ecommpay for Good”

**London, UK – September 10, 2024** – Ecommpay, a global payments platform, has unveiled a new brand identity and a dedicated inclusivity program, “Ecommpay for Good”. This initiative emphasizes the company’s commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability, aligning with its mission to achieve ultimate financial inclusivity.

Ecommpay for Good provides merchants with critical support to improve their own accessibility, recognizing that making a website more accessible can lead to a 23-24% increase in traffic. Ecommpay itself has made significant strides towards accessibility, with its website, mobile SDK, and hosted payment page undergoing rigorous testing by the Digital Accessibility Centre to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. The company expects to achieve full certification by the end of September 2024.

To further support merchants, Ecommpay is offering free access to a “Guide to Digital Accessibility” which outlines steps to achieve the WC3 WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

“We believe that inclusivity and accessibility drive revenue,” said Miranda McLean, Chief Marketing Officer at Ecommpay. “The Payments Association data suggests that only 5% of payments businesses prioritize ESG in the next year, which is a huge missed opportunity. We are empowering our merchants to create an inclusive experience for their customers and a fully accessible digital presence.”

Ecommpay’s partnerships with Project Nemo and the European Women in Payments Network (EWPN) further demonstrate its commitment to inclusivity. Project Nemo, a grassroots initiative led by Joanne Dewar, focuses on improving accessibility within FinTech and Payments. Ecommpay will be providing support and expertise to Project Nemo throughout the year.

The Ecommpay for Good program is a testament to the company’s dedication to building a more inclusive and accessible financial landscape for both businesses and customers.
