**New Delhi:** The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the final answer key for the CSIR UGC Joint NET examination, with the results expected to be declared soon. Candidates can access the final answer key and check their results, including downloading scorecards, on the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.

The NTA has made adjustments to the answer key, dropping one question from the Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean, and Planetary Sciences paper (held on September 25th). Additionally, several questions in the Mathematical Sciences paper (September 25th) and one from the Life Sciences paper (July 26th, 1st shift) have been identified as having multiple correct answers.

For these questions with multiple correct options, candidates who attempted any one of the correct options will be awarded marks, except for Part C of the Mathematical Sciences paper. In Part C, candidates must identify all correct options to receive credit.

The NTA has clarified that if a question is found to be erroneous, only those who attempted the question will receive marks.

The provisional answer key was released on August 9th and the objection window closed on August 11th. The exam was conducted across 348 centres in 187 cities throughout the country on July 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2024.

Candidates can access their results using their application number and date of birth. Keep an eye on the official website for updates on the result declaration date.
