**Charleston, IL** – Seven services offered by Sarah Bush Lincoln (SBL) will be moving to the SBL Lincoln Avenue Building located at 700 West Lincoln Avenue in Charleston this September. The move will take place over two weeks, beginning on Thursday, September 19th.

**The following services will be relocated to Entrance B (Suite 200) on September 19th and 20th, reopening on Monday, September 23rd:**

* Child Psychiatry
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
* Integrated Behavioral Health
* Neuropsychology
* Psychiatry and Counseling Clinic

**The SBL Hospice and Home Care offices will relocate to Entrance A (Suite 100) on September 24th and 25th.** Hospice and Home Health will remain available by phone during the transition.
