Taco John’s Makes a Comeback in Fargo
Fargo, ND – Taco John’s fans in Fargo will soon rejoice! A new location is set to open its doors on Monday, January 5th, at 4522 26th Ave. S., bringing the Tex-Mex fast-food chain back to the city after a period of absence.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Pentex Restaurant Group, the largest Taco John’s franchisee in the country. While Pentex is headquartered in Fargo, this will be their first Taco John’s location within the Fargo-Moorhead metro area.
“We’re thrilled to bring Taco John’s back to Fargo,” said Brett Itterman, CEO of Pentex Restaurant Group. “We know there’s a strong demand for our food in the community, and we’re excited to serve our customers.”
The company plans to open two more Taco John’s locations in Fargo and West Fargo over the next two years. The new location will replace a former Taco John’s that closed in 2023 and will feature a new double drive-thru to improve customer service.
