The arrests were made on Wednesday, December 17th, following a complaint filed by the victim’s brother, Arvind Mishra.

According to the police report, Arvind Mishra, a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, filed a complaint late Tuesday night accusing Amit Sehgal and others of murder, trespass, and robbery. The complaint alleges that on the night of December 15th, Amit Sehgal, along with several others, forcibly entered Pankaj Mishra’s residence in Doon Vihar.
