Genoa, Italy – Inter Milan secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Genoa in their Serie A match.
Yann Bisseck opened the scoring for Inter in the first half with a left-footed shot from the right side of the box, assisted by Lautaro Martínez. Martínez then doubled Inter’s lead before halftime, netting a left-footed shot from close range.
Genoa fought back in the second half, with Vítinha scoring from the center of the box assisted by Aarón Martín. Despite a late push and several substitutions aimed at revitalizing their attack, Genoa were unable to find an equalizer. Inter managed to hold on, despite conceding a late goal and weathering a barrage of Genoa attacks, securing all three points.
