Los Angeles, CA – HBO has offered a glimpse into the highly anticipated third season of “Euphoria,” revealing striking new images that hint at the dramatically altered lives of its main characters. The photos, released Friday morning, provide the first tangible look at the series following a five-year time jump. “Euphoria” Season 3 is slated to premiere on HBO and HBO Max in April 2026.
The images show Sydney Sweeney with a melting ice cream cone, Jacob Elordi handling raw meat, Hunter Schafer posing in front of a painting, and Zendaya sitting in pews.
Series creator Sam Levinson previously shared details about the characters’ trajectories. Rue (Zendaya) will be grappling with debt to Laurie (Martha Kelly) in Mexico, while Jules (Schafer) navigates art school with anxieties about her future. Maddy (Alexa Demie) is working at a talent agency in Hollywood, and Lexi (Maude Apatow) is an assistant to a showrunner played by Sharon Stone.
Perhaps the most shocking revelation is that Cassie (Sweeney) and Nate (Elordi) are now living in the suburbs as an engaged couple. Levinson confirmed they do in fact get married and that their wedding will be “an unforgettable night.” He also stated that Cassie is addicted to social media and envious of her high school classmates’ seemingly glamorous lives.
The release of these images follows a trickle of information from HBO in recent months, including the unveiling of the season’s cast in October. This new installment promises to be the series’ “best season yet.”
HBO also offered the first footage of “Euphoria” Season 3 in a sizzle reel on Friday, featuring glimpses of “Lanterns,” “House of the Dragon,” Larry David’s new series and more.
