Orlando, FL – WWE’s reality competition show “LFG (Legends & Future Greats)” is gearing up for its third season with a fresh injection of talent behind the scenes. According to Fightful Select, “The Prizefighter” Kevin Owens and “The Lowkey Legend” Nattie Neidhart will be joining WWE Hall of Famers Bubba Ray Dudley (Bully Ray) and Booker T as coaches and mentors for aspiring wrestlers vying for a coveted WWE NXT developmental contract.
The show, a spiritual successor to “WWE Tough Enough,” premiered in February 2025 and sees aspiring wrestlers compete in challenges designed to test their in-ring ability, charisma, and dedication. Each season crowns a male and female winner, awarding them a developmental contract with WWE NXT, paving their path to becoming future WWE Superstars. Past winners include Jasper Troy and Tyra Mae Steele (Season 1) and Shiloh Hill and Skylar Raye (Season 2).
The addition of Owens marks a potential shift in his career following a severe neck injury sustained before WrestleMania 41 this past April. While still on the mend, a recent training clip shows Owens doing cardio work at the Performance Center, hinting at a possible return to in-ring action after his mentorship role.
Neidhart, known for her dedication to the wrestling craft and a family legacy in the business, is well-equipped for the role. Alongside her husband, TJ Wilson, she runs the Dungeon training facility, offering firsthand training and mentorship to wrestlers both inside and outside of WWE. The duo recently appeared as guest coaches at Bayley’s Lodestone Camp, further solidifying their commitment to nurturing the next generation.
Owens and Neidhart will be stepping into the shoes of WWE Hall of Famers The Undertaker and Michelle McCool, who mentored contestants in Seasons 1 and 2, respectively, and notably won the WWE LFG mentorship championship.
A premiere date for “LFG” Season 3 has yet to be announced. Wrestling fans can stay tuned for updates on Wrestling Inc. and sign up for their free newsletter for the latest wrestling headlines.
