Sun Dec 14 00:30:00 UTC 2025: Ray J Accuses Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner of Racketeering, Cites AI and RICO Expertise
Los Angeles, CA – In a dramatic escalation of his ongoing feud with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, Ray J is doubling down on claims that the reality TV stars are engaged in racketeering. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ray J is seeking to have the defamation lawsuit filed against him by Kardashian and Jenner dismissed, arguing that his accusations of racketeering are justified.
Ray J alleges that Kardashian and Jenner conspired with Vivid Entertainment to defraud the public with a “fake lawsuit” prior to the release of their infamous sex tape. He also claims the pair committed credit card fraud against his family, racking up an $850,000 bill. Further, he asserts they defrauded him into signing an agreement that prevented him from discussing the sex tape, and later sent lawyers to extort him after he addressed the topic in a recent podcast.
“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again,” Ray J stated in the documents. He even went as far as to claim that their alleged RICO violations are “worse” than those accused of against Diddy.
Adding an unconventional twist to his defense, Ray J stated that he consulted with ChatGPT, claiming the AI chatbot reinforced his belief that Kardashian and Jenner are racketeers.
The legal battle stems from TMZ’s earlier reporting that Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation suit against Ray J in response to his repeated accusations of a federal criminal racketeering investigation. Ray J is now fighting back, requesting the judge to dismiss the lawsuit against him.
Representatives for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have not yet responded to requests for comment.
