Srisailam Temple Celebrates Swarnaradhotsavam Amidst Prayers for Peace and Prosperity
NANDYAL, December 7, 2025 – The Srisailam temple in Andhra Pradesh, India, vibrated with spiritual fervor on Sunday as devotees and priests celebrated Swarnaradhotsavam for Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy on the auspicious occasion of “Arudra Naksatram”. The temple management organized the event, seeking divine intervention for peace, prosperity, and protection from disasters and natural calamities.
Special pujas were offered to Lord Mallikarjuna and Goddess Bhramaramba, while Vedic mantras and chants of “Namah Sivaiah” filled the air. The Swarnaradhotsavam procession took place between Gangadhara Mandapam and Nandi Mandapam.
The event also showcased traditional art forms, with Kolatam, Dolu Vaidyam, and other folk artists performing before the golden chariot. The temple management’s initiative aimed to preserve and promote these cultural traditions.
