Mount Vernon, OH – Knox County’s real estate market saw significant activity in November, with four property transfers exceeding $1 million, according to the Knox County Recorder’s Office. Two of these high-value transactions occurred in Howard Township and two in Monroe Township.
In Howard Township, the million-dollar deals involved residential properties located on Baldwin Drive and Lakeview Heights Drive. Monroe Township saw a cash grain or general farm on North Liberty Road and a timber commercial property on Scott Road both reach the million-dollar mark.
Numerous other property transfers occurred throughout the county between November 3rd and 26th, ranging from vacant land sales to residential and commercial property transactions. The October and September property transfers saw similar trends of high-value sales with two Apple Valley homes selling for $1.3 million and $1.07 million in October and four properties eclipse the $1 million mark in September.
