Real Madrid Seeks to End Slump Against Struggling Elche
ELCHE, SPAIN – Real Madrid is set to face Elche on Sunday, aiming to overcome recent setbacks and silence growing concerns after failing to win or score in their last two matches. The match against Elche, who have only managed three league victories this season, presents an opportunity for Xabi Alonso’s side to reignite their campaign.
Despite injuries impacting the squad, history favors Real Madrid, who have not lost to Elche in the 21st century. A victory would be a crucial step in easing the “crisis” talk that has surfaced during the international break.
The match will be broadcast internationally on various networks. In the United States, fans can watch on ABC, ESPN+, ESPN Deportes, and FuboTV. Premier Sports 1 will broadcast the game in the United Kingdom, while TSN+ and TSN2 have the rights in Canada. Mexican viewers can tune in on Sky+ and Sky Sports.
Following the Elche match, Real Madrid will travel to Greece to face Olympiacos in the Champions League on Wednesday, Nov. 26. They will then return to La Liga action against Girona on Sunday, Nov. 30, followed by a match against Athletic Club just three days later. Alonso is expected to rotate the squad for the Girona match.
