IIT-Madras and Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will again serve as nodal institutions, collaborating with the Uttar Pradesh government and various Central ministries to implement the program.

The initiative further includes plans to have fifty Hindi-speaking Tamil teachers teach Tamil to students in Kashi under the ‘Tamil Karkalam’ campaign. The ‘Sage Agasthya Vehicle Expedition’ will start from Tenkasi on December 2nd and will culminate in Kashi on December 10th.
