Chongqing, China – Renowned American chef and internet personality Joshua Weissman recently embarked on a culinary expedition to Chongqing, diving into the city’s renowned spicy food scene. The trip, documented for an upcoming video, focused on local snacks, fast food, and most notably, the iconic Chongqing noodles (xiao mian).
Weissman teamed up with popular Chongqing influencer Ryan Chen to learn the art of crafting the deceptively simple yet intensely flavorful noodle dish at the Taoranju Restaurant.
