Portland, OR – The West Coast Conference (WCC) boasts a strong presence in this year’s NCAA Men’s Soccer Tournament, with both the University of Portland and San Diego securing seeded positions and Oregon State earning a spot in the 48-team field.

The University of Portland Pilots (13-1-3) earned the No. 8 seed and a first-round bye. They will host the winner of the Denver vs. UC Irvine match on Sunday. The San Diego Toreros, fresh off their fourth consecutive WCC title, earned the No. 9 seed and a first-round bye. They could potentially face Portland in the third round.

Oregon State (10-4-2), despite being unseeded, will host a first-round matchup against former Pac-12 rival Washington (10-6-2) this Thursday at Paul Lorenz Field in Corvallis. The winner will advance to face No. 5 seed SMU (11-4-4) on the road on Sunday.
