Sat Nov 15 18:10:00 UTC 2025: Meghan Trainor Shuts Down Critics, Prioritizes Health Amid Weight Loss Journey

Los Angeles, CA – Meghan Trainor is taking control of her narrative. Following the release of her new song, “Still Don’t Care,” which addresses the backlash she’s received regarding her weight loss, the singer is prioritizing her health and well-being above the opinions of others.

Trainor, 31, recently spoke out about the criticism she’s faced after unveiling a 60-pound weight loss transformation and undergoing a breast augmentation. Despite the negativity, the “All About That Bass” singer insists she’s never felt better.

“I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level, and I’ve never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great,” Trainor told Entertainment Tonight. “And that’s when people attack me.”

The Grammy winner has been transparent about her journey, including using the Type 2 diabetes medication Mounjaro to aid in her weight loss after her second pregnancy. She’s also been open about cosmetic procedures, including a breast augmentation she describes as fulfilling a lifelong dream.

“I got my dream boobs, and they are gorgeous,” she told E! News in March. “I had two babies, I pumped everything out of me, and then I lost a bunch of weight, and my boobs were like ‘we’re not boobs,’ you know?”

Trainor isn’t alone in her weight-loss journey. Other celebrities like Trevor Larcom, Tammy Slaton, Jelly Roll, Al Roker, Jason Kelce, Rosie O’Donnell, Jazz Jennings, Christopher Schwarzenegger, Chrissy Metz, John Goodman, Oprah Winfrey, and Lizzo have also shared their experiences with health and weight management, often highlighting the importance of mental and physical well-being.
