CHANDIGARH, INDIA – November 14, 2025 – Punjab Police announced Thursday the dismantling of a Pakistan-based Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) supported terror module planning a grenade attack in a populated area of the state. Ten operatives have been apprehended in connection with the plot.

Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav revealed that the suspects were communicating with handlers in Pakistan through operatives based in Malaysia. The mission assigned to the module was to carry out a grenade attack intended to create unrest.
