SAN FRANCISCO (November 10, 2025) – Five people were wounded, one seriously, in a shooting outside a Safeway supermarket in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood on Saturday night.
San Francisco Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire near the Safeway on November 8th, at approximately 9 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered multiple victims. A man sustained life-threatening injuries and four juveniles suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All five were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
According to police Capt. Kevin Lee, the shooting appears to have originated from a fight. Witnesses reported seeing bystanders scattering in panic after the shots were fired.
