Fri Nov 07 21:40:00 UTC 2025: Domino’s Cashing In on Viral “67” Trend with Pizza Deal
[City, State] – Domino’s Pizza is riding the wave of the year’s most baffling yet popular TikTok trend, “67,” by offering a limited-time deal on its large, one-topping pizzas. The pizza chain announced the promotion on social media, offering the pizzas for just $6.70 when ordered online with the code “67.”
The “67” trend, which Dictionary.com has surprisingly named its “Word of the Year,” has taken over Gen Z and Gen Alpha’s online lexicon. Despite its widespread use, the meaning of “67” remains ambiguous, even prompting frustration among teachers trying to quell its use in classrooms. It’s believed to have originated from a song called “Doot Doot (6 7)” by Skrilla.
“’Six seeeven!’—it’s a phrase that has captivated kids, perplexed parents and frustrated teachers across the country. What does it mean? Apparently nothing, but Domino’s is here to change that!” Domino’s stated. “We’re bringing some pizza, levity and value to the trend that is taking Gen Z and Gen Alpha by storm.”
Dictionary.com describes “67” as “meaningless, ubiquitous, and nonsensical” and the “logical endpoint of being perpetually online.” The website added despite all of that, it remains meaningful to the people who use it because of the connection it fosters.
Customers must order online for carryout to take advantage of the offer, which runs through Sunday, November 16th. Without the deal, a similar pizza ordered online Thursday cost more than $18.
