Tue Nov 04 01:20:00 UTC 2025: Nashville Predators Host Vancouver Canucks to Kick Off Back-to-Back Set

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Predators (5-6-2) welcome the Vancouver Canucks (6-7-0) to Bridgestone Arena tonight at 7:30 p.m. CT to begin a two-game homestand. This marks the second of three matchups between the teams this season, with Nashville previously securing a 2-1 victory in Vancouver less than two weeks ago.

Coming off a much-needed 4-2 win against the Calgary Flames that snapped a three-game losing streak, the Predators aim to build momentum against the Canucks. Coach Andrew Brunette expressed relief for his team after the Calgary victory, hoping the offensive output will boost their confidence.

The Predators will have to adjust their lineup, as forward Cole Smith is sidelined for 3-6 weeks with an upper-body injury. Captain Roman Josi has also been placed on Injured Reserve with an upper-body injury. Tyson Jost draws back into the lineup.

Key players to watch for Nashville include Filip Forsberg and Ryan O’Reilly, both leading the team with nine points (5 goals, 4 assists). The Canucks are led by Conor Garland with 11 points. Former Predator Kiefer Sherwood has been a scoring threat for Vancouver with nine goals.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast on FanDuel Sports Network South, 102.5 The Game, and El Jefe (96.7 FM, 105.3 FM, 810 AM – Spanish). Pregame coverage begins at 7 p.m. CT.
