Bishnoi’s story, shared in a viral Instagram video, details her journey from initial failure and self-doubt to achieving success and regaining self-confidence.

After not clearing the UPSC in her first attempt in 2017, Bishnoi returned home to Rajasthan and struggled with isolation, leading to stress eating and a significant weight gain of 45 kilos. “I isolated myself. Shut out the world… I felt heavy, not just physically, but emotionally too,” she confessed in her post.

The turning point came when she received an interview call. Determined to fight for both her rank and herself, Bishnoi embarked on a journey of fitness, healthy eating, and mental rejuvenation. “Losing that weight wasn’t just about numbers, it was about shedding fear, doubt, and everything that made me feel I wasn’t enough,” she stated.

Her perseverance paid off in 2019 when she cleared the UPSC exams with an impressive all-India rank of 30.
