Fox Drops First Look at “Memory of a Killer” Starring Patrick Dempsey and Michael Imperioli
LOS ANGELES, CA – Fox has released the first footage of its highly anticipated psychological thriller series, “Memory of a Killer,” starring Patrick Dempsey and Michael Imperioli. The gripping promo, set to The Who’s iconic “Behind Blue Eyes,” premiered during Game 1 of the World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays.
The series stars Dempsey as Angelo Ledda, a seasoned hitman leading a precarious double life. Unbeknownst to his criminal associates, Angelo is battling early-onset Alzheimer’s, a secret that threatens to unravel his dangerous world.
Michael Imperioli plays Dutch, Angelo’s long-time friend and a talented chef whose restaurant serves as a front for criminal activity. The cast also includes Richard Harmon as Joe, a fellow hitman; Odeya Rush as Maria, Angelo’s daughter; Daniel David Stewart as Jeff, Maria’s husband; Peter Gadiot as Dave, a local police detective and Gina Torres as Special Agent Linda Grant.
“Memory of a Killer” is inspired by the acclaimed 2003 Belgian thriller “De Zaak Alzheimer (La Memoire Du Tueur).” The series is written by Ed Whitmore and Tracey Malone and produced by Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment. Whitmore, Malone, Cathy Schulman of Welle Entertainment, David Schulner, Arthur Sarkissian, Martin Campbell, and Peter Bouckaert of Eyeworks serve as executive producers.
