Sun Oct 26 08:50:00 UTC 2025: ## “Dispatch” Delivers Superpowered Workplace Chaos: A Promising Start to Episodic Adventure

Los Angeles, CA – AdHoc Studio’s new episodic narrative adventure, “Dispatch,” has arrived, and its first two episodes are already drawing comparisons to the beloved Telltale Games series. This unique blend of TV show and puzzle game plunges players into an alternate Los Angeles teeming with superheroes, aliens, and demons, all living alongside ordinary citizens.

The SDC, a watchdog organization offering insurance-like protection against superpowered threats, takes center stage. Players step into the shoes of Robert Robertson, aka Mecha Man, a hero whose aspirations are derailed when an accident lands him in a call center at the SDC.

“Dispatch” seamlessly weaves together animated scenes where players make crucial dialogue choices and engage in quick-time events, with puzzle segments that challenge players to strategically dispatch superheroes to address city-wide emergencies. A hacking mini-game adds another layer of complexity, demanding quick thinking and problem-solving skills.

The game boasts a cast of compelling, ethically ambiguous characters, including former villains trying to reintegrate into society. Early impressions suggest a world filled with intrigue, humor, and surprising emotional depth, expertly brought to life by voice acting talents such as Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, Erin Yvette and Jeffrey Wright.

While it’s still early days, with only two of eight episodes released, the unique gameplay, compelling characters, and witty script have already captivated. The final verdict will come after the release of all episodes, but for now, “Dispatch” promises a thrilling ride into a world of superpowered workplace chaos.
