During the visit, Minister Boseraju met with prominent quantum researchers, including Professors Andreas Wallraff, Jonathan Home, and Klaus Ensslin, directors of the ETH Quantum Center, whose work in superconducting qubits and trapped ion systems have advanced quantum computing significantly. The Minister extended a personal invitation to Prof. Wallraff to participate in the Quantum India Summit 2026 in Bengaluru.
“ETH Zurich is a vital birthplace of quantum computing, and we aim to connect Karnataka’s emerging quantum ecosystem with world-class expertise.” Boseraju said.
