**Hawaii Food and Wine Festival: A Culinary Celebration Across the Islands**

**Honolulu, HI -** The Hawaii Food and Wine Festival, the state’s largest culinary event, is currently underway, showcasing the islands’ vibrant cuisine and talented chefs. Co-founded in 2011 by renowned chefs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, the festival spans multiple weekends and islands, attracting food enthusiasts from around the globe.

This year’s festival features over 150 internationally acclaimed master chefs, culinary personalities, sommeliers, mixologists, and wine and spirit producers. Attendees can indulge in a variety of experiences, from grand tastings and wine dinners to kids’ cooking classes and wine seminars.

A key focus of the festival is promoting sustainability. Participating chefs are challenged to incorporate at least one locally sourced ingredient into their dishes, highlighting the bounty of Hawaii’s farms and oceans. The FEAST Summit, a professional development conference, brings together leaders and changemakers to discuss the future of food, sustainability, and tourism.
