**Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair” Finally Gets Wide Release**

HOLLYWOOD, CA – Get ready to experience Quentin Tarantino’s vision of “Kill Bill” as never before! Lionsgate has announced the first theatrical release since 2006 and after a few showings at Quentin’s own Vista Theater of “Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair,” the director’s complete, uncut version of the martial arts masterpiece. The 258-minute epic will hit select theaters on December 5, 2025.

“I wrote and directed it as one movie — and I’m so glad to give the fans the chance to see it as one movie,” Tarantino said in a statement. “The best way to see ‘Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair’ is at a movie theater in glorious 70mm or 35mm. Blood and guts on a big screen in all its glory!”

“Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair” combines both theatrically released volumes of “Kill Bill” into one seamless experience, offering a unique viewing experience. Moviegoers can look forward to a previously unseen 7 ½-minute anime sequence, the removal of the cliffhanger ending from *Volume 1*, and the recap at the beginning of *Volume 2*. The film, starring Uma Thurman as The Bride, who seeks vengeance on her former boss “Bill” and his squad of assassins, promises to be an unforgettable cinematic event. It also stars Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Gordon Liu, Michael Parks, and David Carradine as “Bill.”

The release comes amidst anticipation for Tarantino’s upcoming projects, including a new film based on his script for “Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood,” directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt (presumably reprising his role as Cliff Booth), and a book series chronicling the making of all of Tarantino’s films. Recently, Tarantino also explained why he moved on from what was meant to be his 10th film, “The Movie Critic.”

With Lionsgate managing distribution rights to many of Tarantino’s other films, including “Reservoir Dogs,” “Jackie Brown,” “Inglourious Basterds,” “Django Unchained,” “The Hateful Eight,” and “Death Proof,” fans can remain hopeful for more re-releases in the future.
