PASADENA, CA – Golden Globe nominee Glen Powell is taking audiences to the gridiron in Hulu’s new comedy series, “Chad Powers.” At Thursday’s premiere at the Rose Bowl, Powell shared his experience working with former NFL players.

Powell, who co-created the series, stated that the authenticity on set was “really special.” He highlighted the opportunity to film alongside former NFL players who brought an added level of realism to the football scenes. “It felt very immersive because they also had former NFL players playing with us, putting on pads…You could see their eyes light up, and their hearts were full,” Powell told Deadline.
