Mon Sep 22 03:20:00 UTC 2025: **Singer d4vd’s Tour Dates Canceled Amid Investigation into Decomposed Body Found in Impounded Car**

Los Angeles, CA – Several tour dates for rising pop star d4vd, known for his viral TikTok hit “Romantic Homicide,” have been abruptly canceled in both the United States and Europe. The cancellations coincide with an ongoing police investigation into the discovery of a decomposed body of a teenage girl inside an impounded vehicle reportedly registered to the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 15, was reported missing in April 2024. Her body was discovered earlier this month in Los Angeles. While authorities have not named d4vd as a suspect in Hernandez’s death, the vehicle in which she was found has been linked to the 20-year-old singer in multiple news reports.

The singer’s representatives have so far declined all requests for comment.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, Hernandez’s body was “severely decomposed,” and the cause of death is still under investigation.

The cancellations include d4vd’s scheduled performance in San Francisco, his final US tour stop in Los Angeles, and a planned appearance at the Grammy Museum. In Europe, at least nine dates have been pulled, including his first stop in Norway. As of Friday, shows in Sweden, France, Poland, and Australia were still listed as available.

D4vd’s representative has told NBC Los Angeles that he is cooperating with the authorities. The reason for the car’s impoundment remains unclear.

D4vd gained popularity among Gen Z with his genre-bending sound, blending indie rock, R&B, and lo-fi pop. He was touring in support of his debut album, “Withered,” released earlier this year.
