Sun Sep 07 03:40:00 UTC 2025: ## ‘Baaghi 4’ Loses Steam After Strong Opening, Eyes Weekend Rescue
**Mumbai, India -** Tiger Shroff’s latest action flick, ‘Baaghi 4,’ has experienced a significant dip in box office earnings on its second day, raising concerns about its overall performance. After a promising opening fueled by discounted ticket offers, the film witnessed a 25% drop in revenue, earning approximately ₹9 crore net in India on Saturday, according to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk.
This brings the film’s total domestic collection to ₹21 crore after two days. While the opening day saw a reported ₹12 crore net (Sacnilk) or ₹13.20 crore (producers), the slowdown on Saturday has put pressure on the Sunday numbers to ensure a successful weekend.
The A. Harsha-directed film recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 23.79% on Saturday. Globally, ‘Baaghi 4’ has grossed approximately ₹17.15 crore, including ₹3 crore from overseas markets.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh had previously highlighted the importance of weekend growth in determining the film’s success. Other business analysts echoed this sentiment, noting that healthy footfalls on Saturday and Sunday are crucial for ‘Baaghi 4’ to achieve its potential.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, ‘Baaghi 4’ boasts a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, and Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu alongside Shroff. The film, which underwent 23 cuts by the CBFC for an ‘A’ certification, has a runtime of 157 minutes.
While initial numbers were promising, the film’s future hinges on its Sunday performance and how well it can sustain momentum in the coming days. With its action-packed premise and ensemble cast, ‘Baaghi 4’ hopes to recapture audience interest and roar its way to box office success.
