**Visakhapatnam, [Date – Today’s Date]** – Dabang Delhi captain Ashu Malik is banking on the experience of veteran players Fazel Atrachali and Surjeet Singh to guide his team through the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 12. Speaking ahead of their matches in Visakhapatnam, Malik emphasized the crucial role the seasoned defenders play in maintaining composure and providing strategic leadership on the mat.

Both Malik and Narwal credit the PKL for revolutionizing kabaddi, transforming it from a niche sport to a mainstream phenomenon. “Earlier, people called it *mitti* kabaddi. There wasn’t this kind of fame or money. Today, PKL has brought recognition and respect,” Narwal remarked. Malik added, “Families feel proud, fans recognize you, and it feels amazing when people want pictures with you.”
