**KANNUR, June 25, 2025** – Ragesh Kayalur, a senior journalist with Deshabhimani’s Kannur bureau, has tragically passed away at the age of 51 following a road accident. The incident occurred on Sunday night near the court on the Mattannur-Irrity road in Kannur, Kerala, when Mr. Kayalur was struck by a lorry while traveling home after work.
