**TORONTO, ON** – The Toronto Blue Jays bounced back in a big way Sunday, defeating the Chicago White Sox 7-1, avenging yesterday’s lopsided defeat. A stellar performance from starting pitcher Jose Berrios anchored the victory, allowing the bullpen to reset after a taxing outing on Saturday.
Berrios pitched a masterful 7.2 innings, allowing only one run on two hits, while striking out five. After navigating a tricky first inning, he cruised through the next four, allowing only a hit batter and a walk.
