Thu Jun 12 03:30:00 UTC 2025: **NEET UG 2025 Results Expected by June 14th; Answer Keys to Be Released Soon**

**New Delhi, [Date]** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to announce the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) by June 14th. Along with the results, the final answer keys will be released. Students who appeared for the exam will be able to check their scores on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, using their admit card number, date of birth, and captcha code.

This year’s NEET UG, held on May 4th, saw participation from 22.7 lakh candidates across 4,750 centers in 557 cities within India and 14 centers abroad.

Last year, the NEET UG exam was held on May 5 for over 24 lakh candidates. The provisional answer key was released on May 29, and the window to challenge was open till May 31. The result was released on June 4. The results will determine eligibility for various undergraduate medical courses including MBBS, BDS, Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology (BSc Biotechnology), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BSc and AH), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).

The cut-off in 2024 in the re-revised result for the general category candidates was decreased from 720-164 in the June 4 result to 720-162 . For the scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward class candidates, the NEET UG cut-off was 161-127. Similarly, the NEET UG 2024 cut off for SC, ST and OBC-PH candidates, the cut off was 143-127.

Along with MBBS and BDS, allied health careers are on the rise. Post-pandemic, there’s been a 25% rise in the demand for radiology and lab professionals across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India, according to Naukri.com data (2023). With the expansion of private diagnostics chains, job security is strong.
