Tue Jun 03 08:20:00 UTC 2025: ## Diddy Trial Day 14: Former Assistant Continues Testimony, Security Supervisor Invokes Fifth

**NEW YORK** – Week Four of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ racketeering and sex trafficking trial commenced today with “Mia,” Combs’ former personal assistant, returning to the witness stand for a third day. Mia, testifying under a pseudonym, is a key prosecution witness alleging sexual assault and forced labor during her time working for the music mogul.

The defense continued its cross-examination, focusing on instances where Mia expressed admiration and affection for Combs, even after the alleged abuse. They presented social media posts and texts showing a seemingly positive working relationship, challenging her claims of being “terrified and brainwashed.” Mia countered by stating that these posts masked her true feelings and were a result of the “high highs and low lows” of working for Combs, driven by a need for his approval and a fear of retribution.

Earlier in the day, Eddy Garcia, a security supervisor from the Los Angeles hotel where Combs was filmed assaulting Cassie Ventura in 2016, briefly appeared but invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. He later received an immunity order and is expected to testify truthfully.

Also expected to testify are Enrique Santos, Sylvia Oken and Frank Piazza.

Meanwhile, a potential misstep occurred when Mia’s unredacted face was briefly shown on a courthouse overflow room feed, violating a judge’s order. The prosecution did not immediately object to the error.

As the trial progresses, former employees’ testimonies, like Mia’s, are considered crucial in supporting the prosecution’s claim that Combs allegedly ran a criminal enterprise.

Interestingly, former President Donald Trump stated Friday that he would “look at the facts” of the case regarding a potential pardon for Combs, though he added he hasn’t seen or spoken to him in years. The trial is expected to continue with more witness testimonies in the coming days.
