According to authorities, unidentified individuals in a black SUV fired multiple rounds into the air following an apparent dispute over parking.

Patna SSP Avakash Kumar has confirmed that six police personnel have been suspended for dereliction of duty in connection with the incident.
“Unidentified miscreants in an SUV fired several rounds in the air at Boring Canal Road area. Incidently Additional ADG (Law and Order) Pankaj Darad was also present near the spot as he was returning from a meeting,” SSP Avakash Kumar told reporters.
